The Quadrangle – 2 bed duplex, 3 bathrooms
What we walked into
Previous student renters had left the apartment in turmoil – belongings everywhere, heavy dust and dirt throughout and three bathrooms in need of a full reset.
Our approach
We organised an end of tenancy clean for a Saturday morning to fit around the landlord’s schedule. First, we cleared and removed all rubbish and left-behind items. Then we worked top-to-bottom, starting with the bedrooms and en-suites, returning them to a “ready to move in” condition.
Downstairs we carried out a complete deep clean of the open-plan living space, including a full oven clean and a thorough fridge and freezer clean.
The finish
Once the interior was complete, we cleaned the outside of the windows and paid extra attention to both balconies – the main selling points of the property. The result was a fresh, bright duplex ready for new viewings and marketing photos.
