Every clean follows a detailed checklist so your property is ready for check-out inspections and deposit returns.

  • Dusting and wiping all surfaces, shelves and furniture
  • Cleaning and polishing mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping all floors
  • Cleaning light switches, door handles and skirting boards
  • Removing cobwebs and spot cleaning walls where needed

Move-out ready

Kitchen

  • Cleaning and sanitising all worktops and splashbacks
  • Wiping down kitchen cabinets (exterior)
  • Cleaning hob, front of oven and appliances
  • Scrubbing and descaling sink and taps
  • Cleaning extractor fan and range hood exterior

Bathroom

  • Cleaning and disinfecting toilet, bath, shower and sink
  • Removing soap scum and limescale from tiles and fixtures
  • Cleaning and polishing mirrors and glass
  • Wiping down cabinets and storage areas
  • Emptying and cleaning bathroom bins

Our standard price includes one bathroom. Extra bathrooms are charged at £25 per bathroom. If you need carpets, inside oven or fridge deep cleaning, let us know when booking.
