By engaging Deposit Defence for cleaning services, the Customer agrees to notify the Company of any complaints within 24 hours of service completion. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@depositdefence.co.uk, providing detailed information and supporting documentation. The Company will promptly investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints to the Customer's satisfaction. Limitations apply, and the Company is not liable for complaints raised after 24 hours. Refunds, if applicable, are at the Company's discretion.
